If you are a regular visitor to the Thermal Pools and a New Zealand resident, the PoolsPlus membership is a great way to ensure you save some money every time you visit.

Signing up is free, all you need is an email address, and follow these steps:

1. Provide your contact details (name and email to start).
2. Proceed to checkout, no payment required to join.
3. You will then receive a registration email with details on how to register your account online on our website.
4. Make sure to register your mobile phone and address.
5. Make sure to register any family/household members (x2 Adults and up to 3 Children 5-15 years per card) who will want to use the membership so that it speeds up your entry at reception.
6. To activate your PoolsPlus Membership to receive the benefits, you need to visit us in person and one of our friendly staff members will assist you at reception to get your unique PoolsPlus code and card. On this visit we will ask to take a photo for identification which will smooth entry on your subsequent visits.
7. Once registered and activated, you can login to our website and your discount for single entry tickets (20%) and spa treatments (10%) will auto-apply in the shopping cart.
8. If you have issues online with your membership not discounting automatically, you can still use the promotion codes that will be emailed out each month to all PoolsPlus members. These need to be entered into the shopping cart promo code box, please log out of your membership to do this.
