If you are a regular visitor to the Thermal Pools and a New Zealand resident, the PoolsPlus membership is a great way to ensure you save some money every time you visit.

Registering is free, all you need is an email address, and follow these steps:

1. Provide your contact details (name and email to start)
2. Proceed to checkout, no payment required to join
3. You will then receive a registration email with details on how to register your account online on our website.
4. Make sure to register your mobile phone and address as well as any family/household members who will want to use the membership so that it speeds up your entry at reception.
5. On your first visit we will ask to take photo IDs which will smooth entry on your subsequent visits.
6. Once registered you will be able to login to our website and when you purchase single entry tickets (20% off) or spa treatments (10% off) online your discounts should auto-apply in the shopping cart.
7. If you have issues online you can still use the promotion codes that will be emailed out each month to all PoolsPlus members which will need to be entered into the shopping cart

As a PoolsPlus member you get a 20% discount off single-entry tickets (nothing off multi entry tickets)

In addition there are 10% discounts on
1. food/drink at The Tea Kiosk Cafe & Grill
2. selected spa treatments at The Spa at Hanmer Springs
3. retail items at Reception, The Spa, and at the Information Centre & Giftshop

Note these discounts are not to be used in conjunction with any other offers. There are no discounts off any packages, accommodation bookings, vouchers, annual swim passes etc.
